A poorly constructed building

As you can see in this picture, here we have a very poorly constructed building. So much that occupies part of the next building. It is a quite funny picture, I wonder what the people think when they passes by there and sees it.
It is a good place for tourists, sure that if you pass to see it you will not forget it never. Who is the responsible of this work?

Reasons for being a vegetarian

These days I'm thinking quite about the subject of vegetarianism.
Becoming a vegetarian means that you will never eat any food derived from any animal in defense of their rights as living beings.

List of reasons for which we should become vegetarians:
 - Because animals have feelings. Although we believe that no, animals have feelings, do not you think it is an injustice killing an animal to you feed at the expense of it?

 - Because lives are dying because of us. Throughout our life, we will have killed thousands and thousands of living beings to feed ourselves with "good food". A simple dish of snails has about 30 lives.

 - Because you do not would die to feed a group of animals. As we all know, we should not do to others what we dislike they do to us, and if we do not like the idea that we might be eaten by a group of animals, then we should not eat them.

 - Because fruits and vegetables are much healthier. It is known by all that if we eat fruits and vegetables especially, we will have a much healthier health.

 - Because there are alternatives to meat. Tofu and seitan are two alternatives to the meat that provide the feeding that gives us the meat, however, not come from any animal.

 - Because after having been born to eat and grow and being enclosed, it is not fair they being killed.

 - Because if you put yourself in their situation, you realize you would not like suffer the same than them.

Sun protection measures

The sun is very good for health, but we must be careful because in excess it can cause skin burns and even cancer.
Many people who suffer from skin cancer is due to the exposure to the sun without protective measures.
The people with fair skin, babies and children have a better chance to get burns in the skin.
One thing we must keep in mind is that the photoprotective creams are not the ultimate protection against the sun, even if we have protection in our skin we still have risk of getting burned.

Recommendations against the dangers of the sun:
 - Avoid being too much time in the sun and rest in the shade, especially in hours of high solar intensity (The hours of maximum solar intensity are from 12 PM to 4 PM).

 - Should be used a t-shirt, sunglasses and a hat or cap.

 - Should be used the same means of protection if the sun is intense or if it is cloudy, because although it is very cloudy, ultraviolet radiation is the same.

 - Should be used sunscreen with a high factor throughout the body and reapply it every time it gets removed because of the water, sand or the sweat.

 - If possible, deberíamos considerar la posibilidad de aplicarnos protector labial.

 - We must stay hydrated by drinking water every so often.

Sun protection measures for babies and children:
During the first year of life, babies should never be directly exposed to the sun. Whenever you take the baby out for a walk, is very important applying sun cream to the baby and stay in shady areas (although the sun is not intense or it is cloudy).

It is also important to give him water for drinking to keep him hydrated.

When they are already children, it is important that they start sunbathing every summer little by little, every day they go to the beach or the pool, they must stay a little more time in the sun and the rest in the shade. We must avoid times when there is more solar intensity (from 12 PM to 4 PM).
You always have to put them sun protection creams of a significantly elevated factor and re-apply every time the child leave the water, or if he stains of sand or sweating.

Ultraviolet radiation Index:
You can check the Ultraviolet radiation index by watching TV or reading the newspaper.

Ultraviolet radiation index 1 and 2:
When ultraviolet radiation is at 1 or 2, you can expose yourself to the sun without any solar protection at all times.

UV index of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7:
If the index is 3 or higher, is necessary to use protective measures against sunburn. We must try to stay in the shade in the hours of more sun intensity and using a hat or a cap and wear a shirt. We must keep in mind that 3 is not the same as 7, and the higher the number of UV, the greater the danger of burning.

UV index of 8, 9, 10, 11:
When UV index is 8 or greater, we have to use means of additional protection. Avoid going out during hours of greatest solar intensity and we must use an elevated factor sunscreen.

Damage produced by the sun with the passage of time:
When a person has exposed his skin for long hours without rest or have suffered skin burns, the skin ages and becomes more wrinkled and they have more risk of skin cancer. When the skin receives ultraviolet rays defends itself becoming more bronzed, and over time a person becomes darker, but if you've spent intense hours in the sun to achieve this, over time will cause sequels in your skin.
The aftermath of the skin caused by sun are permanent, it means, for a lifetime.

How to donate blood and why is necessary

The blood is a tissue that serves for different functions, therefore, in each donation the blood is separated into three fractions that each one will serve to a different thing, depending on the needs of the patient. Therefore, we will be helping three persons with each donation we make.

What are the requirements for donating blood?
 - Have a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 65 years of age.
 - Weighing more than 50 kilos.
 - No need to be fasting, if possible, it is advisable to go after taking some food to avoid dizziness.
 - No need to have good state of cholesterol, You can donate blood even with high cholesterol.
 - Although you take medicinal products commonly, you can also donate, but you must tell the doctors.
 - You can not donate if you are a carrier of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or AIDS virus.
 - You can not donate if you are a carrier of hepatitis B or C (If you have suffered hepatitis before 12 years old you can also donate).
 - You can not donate if you have injected any drug at any time in your life (no matter how long ago since you did it).
 - You can not donate if in the last 4 months you have maintained relations with someone that you do not have total security that does not contract a virus.
 - Fill out a questionnaire and fulfill the requirements there they indicate to you.
 - If you have lived outside of your country, if you have been outside less than 6 months ago, or if a family member was born outside of your country, you must tell the doctor.

How much blood is extracted in each blood donation?
In each donation are drawn about 450 ml of blood.
In case of a woman, it is advisable to donate 3 times a year at most, and in the case of men should donate a maximum of 4 times a year. We must leave a margin of 2 months between donation and donation.

What components they take advantage of my blood?
 - Red blood cells.
 - Plasma.
 - Platelet concentrates.

Why blood donations are necessary?
 - Because even if not a nuisance to us, we will be saving lives of other persons or advancing their process of healing.
 - Because with just one donation we will be helping to 3 people at once, a donation is suitable for three different people.
 - Because there is no other method of getting blood, because we still have not invented a machine to create blood.
 - Because every second, many people need our blood. In each minute, thousands of people around the world need blood to overcome an operation or an accident, among other things. The need for blood is constant.
 - Because if we all donate blood, there will always be blood for all the people.
 - Because it is becoming increasingly necessary, because the world population and life expectancy grows.

What will they ask to me in the questionnaire?
Depending on the country or city, the questions can vary, but starting from a sample questionnaire, we will make a list of frequently asked questions that usually they do when you go to donate blood.

For those mothers who gave us money when they most needed it

I want to dedicate this post to those mothers who give money to their children when they do not even know how they will reach the end of month. It's amazing how a person who has no money for herself given money to loved ones.

It hurts me to think about all those things I requested when I was young, all those nonsense for which my mother had to pay money in difficult times, now I wish I could give back her all that she has given me.

The video-games console, the video-games, the computer, internet, the mobile phone. My mother had to work hard to achieve all that I had... I would like not have requested so many things...

This can only teach us one thing, and it is we must follow the example of our mothers and give to our children everything they need whatever it costs us.

We must care for our mothers while we are on time, we must make them feel proud of what we are, and make them feel very pleasant for have converted us into who we are.

When your partner is very possessive

When your boyfriend (or girlfriend) is a person too possessive with you, at first you do not mind, because although she wants to be always with you, you also want to be.

As the days pass, you feel you need to be alone, because all human beings need to be alone from time to time. Then is when one day you say to your partner something like "Honey, today I want to eat in my house with my family" and your partner, instead of respecting your decision, looks for excuses for not letting you to go or directly scolds you, you and your couple discuss with each other and she doesn't let you go.

Then is when the days are passing, and you start to be with that person out of obligation, and that's when the magic of love is burning slowly.

you keep hanging on until you can't bear it anymore, and then is when you start to ask yourself to have a conversation to tell her what you feel and fix things, but every time you try to talk with Him (or her), she/he starts to discuss and the matter even gets worse.

You are very saddened and you no longer want to do many things as before. There are people who even get angry with you if you show yourself sad, because possessive people tend to get angry when things are not as they want.

There comes a moment when you see the months passing and the situation is only getting worse, and then is when, after a long reflection, you are about to leave the relationship, but it is not easy...

He (or she) will ask you forgiveness infinite times, and will cry, She will tell you will change (but believe me, does not change). Finally you will return until you realize that he/she has not changed, and the relationship will cease to be what it was.

If you are in love with your partner, you will hang on until you can't bear it anymore and you will explode, and if you're not, you will suffer a time after the rupture and then you will return to be like new.

You must be strong and believe in yourself, but try not to fall into the same trap over 2 times.
